RETURNS + EXCHANGES
All NXK products sent out are guaranteed original and genuine.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to an exchange or credit note only.
Evidence of faulty or damaged goods must be provided for refund.
Returns are only available on full priced items.
To make a return request, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order, at email@example.com with name, address and full details on why you are requesting a return. Please include images if required.
Returned items must be in original condition, unworn with all tags attached .
All shipping to be sent as trackable delivery within 5 days with additional shipping costs at customer's expense to be eligible for a return (original shipping costs non-refundable). Returned items will be examined prior to issuing an exchange or credit.
We employ a 30 day Return Policy. We cannot offer an exchange, credit note or refund outside of this timeframe. The 30 day timeframe begins when the item is purchased, we cannot offer you an exchange, credit or refund outside of this period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Headwear, hosiery and undergarments are not eligible for a return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All eligible returns must be sent to Nixi Killick HQ.
Refunds (For Faulty Items Only)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the outcome of your return request. Refunds are granted at the discretion of Nixi Killick. By Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to offer refunds unless there is a major problem with the item purchased ie a fault or quality issue.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If 14 business days have passed and you still haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only full priced priced items are eligible for exchange, credit note or refund. All sale items are sold as is, with any variations or differentiations from full priced product, mentioned within the product description.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Direct exchanges for different sizes will be processed wherever possible. If the requested size is sold out, you may exchange for an alternative product or for a credit note to the value of the original purchase value. If you require an exchange for the same item, please send us an email to us at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be required to facilitate the return.

Any return shipping charges accrued will be at the expense of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount as required.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please allow reasonable time for your return to reach us in Australia and then be sent back to you before getting in touch.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are unable to accept any liability for items lost in the mail. Once the goods leave our studio, it is the responsibility of Australia Post until a time where it reaches the customer.
