Customers within Australia can expect to receive their purchases within 3-9 business days. Orders placed outside of Australia will be received within 10-21 business days.
EXPRESS POST UPGRADES?
Absolutely available! We understand that the wait for juicy new clothes is unbearable! If you want your order for a particular event or you just can't wait to wear it, you can now choose to have an express postage upgrade. At the time of purchase, select the shipping drop down and select Express to checkout with Express Shipping. Please note that this will increase your shipping charges and will incur a fee even if your total purchase is above our $300 free shipping minimum. If you decide you want to upgrade your shipping after you've made the purchase, please email us at email@example.com with the subject heading URGENT and we'll do our best to help you out.

We're based in Northcote, Melbourne in Australia, all of our orders ship from this location.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER I JUST MADE?
We are unable to cancel an order once the payment has been processed, so please purchase thoughtfully as a restocking fee will apply for rejected items and will be charged to your credit card/pay pall account.
CAN I CHANGE AN ORDER I JUST MADE?
We get it, mistakes happen and sometimes we accidentally select the wrong address or choose the wrong size or style. If your order hasn't been shipped, we may be able to assist you in changing your order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject URGENT and include the following details. If your order has already been shipped, any additional charges incurred to send it back to us and then out to you, will be incurred by the customer.

Breathe, we've got you! If you've received your order and something's wrong with it just let us know within 3 days of receipt. If the product is defective, damaged or incorrect we'll need a photo when you contact us to help! Nixi Killick is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Receive a Welcome code to use on your next online order when you sign up your email address for the first time. Once you submit your email address on our website the code will be emailed to you within 48 hours. Discount/Welcome code is non-refundable and is single use only. To redeem a discount, copy & paste the code at the Shopping Bag section or Checkout. Welcome code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discounts. Cannot be used to purchase gift cards and not valid during any sitewide promotions. Not redeemable in studio. WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS DESIGNED AND MADE?
We produce our garments in a number of locations; including right here in Australia, in our Melbourne studio. We also manufacture our goods in our trusted factories located in Japan, Pakistan, and China. We take special care to ensure that we are only manufacturing in factories that produce superior quality garments and pay their workers a living wage, treating them with the respect they deserve and allowing them the same rights that workers here in Australia have.
100% of Nixi Killick products are designed in-house in our Melbourne studio. Our Valkerie Collection and most of our accessories are 100% made and assembled in Melbourne.

Absolutely! We sell digital and printed Gift Cards starting at $50 and going up to $250. We can either email it to you, or post it out to you.
WHAT IS AR/AUGMENTED REALITY?
Augmented Reality (AR) is an interactive experience that is now a feature in our Cryptic Frequency collection. AR allows you to experience the clothes in a new way and share this experience with your friends and if you want, your following on Social Media. Using your iPhone or Android device, you can download the EYEJACK app to activate hidden targets found on the garments that will generate animations and audio effects.
HOW DO I GET AR/AUGMENTED REALITY TO WORK?
Download the EYEJACK app on your iPhone or Android device. Scroll down to find Cryptic Frequency and click to download pack. After a very short download time (a few seconds to a minute) your phone is ready to find the targets and activate the animations and audio effects within.

I GOT MY PACKAGE BUT THERE'S A FEE... WHAT THE?
We cannot anticipate taxes applied by overseas Customs Offices. Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import duties and surcharges levied by destination countries are the sole responsibility of the customer. NXK cannot determine the amount, if any that will be charged, so please check with Customs in your country to ascertain any additional charges prior to purchase. Please be aware that this is a legal requirement out of our control and we don't benefit from this in any way. If you refuse to pay the customs of your country it will be returned to us at our expense and we will be forced to charge you the return fees incurred.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK NXK GOODS?
As NXK items are released in small drops, we can't guarantee that items will be restocked once they sell out. If you love something, purchase immediately to avoid disappointment and feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if something has sold out of your size and we will do our best to help you out.
