THE STORY — 10 YEARS IN THE MAKING
The Wing Theory Sweater has travelled with me for almost a decade.
It was first imagined while travelling through Nepal and India in my early twenties, then sketched into being from the intricate architecture of cicada wings back home in Australia.
Its first incarnation appeared on the runway in 2015, as part of my Echo Echo collection.
It was loved instantly, but production fell through, and the design was left behind.
Some ideas keep calling you...
Almost a decade later, Wing Theory flew back to me — and preorder finally gave me a way to realise the vision properly.
A piece that began as an idea over a decade ago has finally become something you can wear.
